1) Paragraph No. 1 ("Premises") is modified to include the adjacent suite 256 in addition to the existing suite 257, throughout
the extended Term. Suite 256, as space of 1525 square feet, is outlined in the attached floor plan "Exhibit C" with suite 257.
2) Paragraph No. 2 ("Term") is modified to extend Lease Term by changing the Lease expiration date from April 30, 2017 to
June 30, 2021 11:59 PM.
3) Paragraph No.3 ("Base Rental") is modified to change Base Rental Schedule, throughout the extended Term, as follows:
Lease Period: July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2021 11:59 PM
Monthly: $2,966.06
Total Over Period: $106,778.16
4) Paragraph No. 4 ("Security Deposit") is modified to change security deposit amount of $1,156.90 to $2,966.06. Tenant
agrees to pay an additional $1,817.29 as "Security Deposit" for suite 256 within 5 business days of executing this
amendment.
5) In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Amendment and any of the previsions of the
Lease, the provisions of this Amendment shall in all respects govern and control.
6) Except as modified hereby, the Lease is hereby ratified and confirmed. All terms, conditions, and provisions of the Lease
shall remain in full force and effect, except as expressly modified by this Amendment.
7) Landlord agrees to a 30 day rent concession for Tenant. The thirty (30) day concession period is to begin once the Tenant
has been given access to suite 256. The concession period should last no later than July 31st, 2018.
